Frontiers and Provinces: October 2: Karen Radner, LC 104

The theme of the Workshop this year is ‘Frontiers and Provinces’.  Our second speaker will be Karen Radner (Munich): “Frontier and Province in the Assyrian Empire (9th to 7th centuries BC)”.  A light lunch will be served.

Prof. Radner has suggested two articles for us as we prepare to engage with her ideas. These are posted on a new Classes *v2 Project site for the Workshop, which you can all join, to be found here:
